About Diane
Diane Herz is a coach, strategic consultant, and connector who is passionate about developing leaders. She helps leaders claim their wholeness — their whole identity, and the fullness of their power — in service of creating more joyful lives and a more sustainable world.
In doing this work, Diane draws on four decades of experience in economic and social research, management, and leadership roles. She brings her expertise as a Master Coach in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Clearing (EC) methods. She is a certified practitioner of the Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion Benchmark (GDEIB) assessment,
Diane has held private and public sector leadership roles in the US and Australia, most recently as the CEO and Executive Director of the Social Research Centre headquartered in Melbourne. Previously, she was Vice President of Human Services Research, Chief Diversity Officer, and Research Director at Mathematica Policy Research and Economist/Division Chief at the US Bureau of Labor Statistics. She serves on the Board and Ethics Committee of the Scanlon Foundation Research Institute.
When she isn’t working, Diane enjoys traveling, writing her family history, and the arts. She works with clients virtually and in Melbourne, Australia, where she currently resides.
