About Me

I am a passionate leader, coach, connector, and strategist.

My greatest love is helping people claim their wholeness and the fullness of their vision and power in service of creating more joyful lives — and by extension, a more sustainable world.

I’m here because I want to be. Because I truly love this work and the impact it has in people’s lives.

I am honored when I have an opportunity to help others find their wise center, recover their authentic selves, explore and expand their beliefs— and align their lives for joyful and meaningful outcomes.

I draw on decades of organizational experience, research, and rigorous coaching training.

I have held private and public sector leadership roles in the US and Australia, most recently as the CEO and Executive Director of the Social Research Centre headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. In the US, I was a corporate Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Mathematica following two decades as an economist at the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.

In 2024, I left my CEO role after 5 years and pursued a third chapter focusing precisely on the elements of my career I enjoyed the most and was best at: executive coaching, strategic planning, and consulting in Inclusive Leadership.

I am committed to helping people remember, or sometimes find for the first time, their authentic selves and dreams. I am a Master Coach in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Clearing (EC), and Spiral methods. I am a Turning Learning into Action practitioner. TLA is a method to effectively embed learning post course instruction. And I am a certified practitioner of the Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion Benchmark (GDEIB) assessment.

I serve on the Board and Ethics Committee of the Scanlon Foundation Research Institute, the research advisory committee for SheIsAI and advise multiple corporate clients.

I work with clients in any location virtually as well as in-person in Australia, where I currently reside.

Embracing our differences

I happily support humans of all genders, countries of origin, and abilities — who follow any religion or no religion…and who identify as any combination of identities.

I actively work to create and support a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable world.
